Gift certificate terms of service:

Your use of this gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms:  Redeemable only at Belize Salon and Day Spa for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this certificate. Your gift certificate may be applied toward any purchase made at our salon and is redeemable ONLY at Belize Salon and Day Spa for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this certificate. 

This gift certificate is not exchangeable for cash or replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.  After 6 months of non-use, a $2.00 per month fee will be charged. This card is good at Belize Salon and Day Spa, Locust NC location.  Treat this card as cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.  

For gift card balance, terms and expiration date, present this card at Belize Salon. This certificate is property of the issuer. 

This card is subject to the terms of the agreement listed above.
